• How do I cancel my order?

• My order says 'Fulfilled' but I haven't received it?

  All orders are marked as 'Fulfilled' once they have been dispatched, and does not necessarily mean that it has been delivered. If you selected a tracked delivery method for your order, you can check it's progress on it's way to you using the tracking number on the order page under Order History....

• Why is my order still 'Unfulfilled'?

  All orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, but in case of high demand this can take a little longer.
