• How long will my battery last?

  This depends entirely on how much you vape, the settings used and the capacity of the battery. More powerful batteries will last longer, whilst the less powerful batteries will need to be charged more often. Most devices will have an indicator to let you know when your battery is running low.

• How often should I change my coils?

  Coils can be changed as often as you like. They can be changed when you notice a decrease in flavour, or until they completely stop working! • What is variable wattage/voltage?

  Variable Wattage(VW) and Variable Voltage (VV) is a feature some higher end devices provide, they allow you to modify the output of vapour, temperature and in some cases it actually modifies the flavour of some E-liquids!

• Why does my vape taste like it’s burnt?

  This is either because you have the settings on your e-cig too high for the coil installed, or the coil needs replacing. Also, there may not be enough e-liquid in your tank or the e-liquid that you are using is too thick for the coil to absorb. Replace your coil, turn your settings down and try...
