As of 20th May 2017, you must be over the age of 18 to purchase electronic cigarette products within the UK.
We have therefore implemented an age verification process using Experian to verify every customer's age. But don't worry, it's not a credit check and it won't affect your credit score - we're just looking for a date of birth match on databases like the electoral roll and any credit accounts you may have.
